We are an early-stage HR Tech startup changing the way companies hire tech talent - without relying on a CV. Instead, we have built a skills-based method. There are so many talented people out there, who didn’t take the traditional academic road or changed directions in their careers. It’s time to change outdated hiring practices and give everyone the same chance - in the end it is about whether a job fits the candidate based on skills and culture.

We are at an exciting early stage and would like you to join us in this journey! We regularly onboard subject matter experts for our question creation and verification process and as a community manager, you will be the face of the company while interacting with them and look at developing a strong community with them for long-term purposes. This is a part-time role where we expect you to dedicate 10-20hrs per week.

If you love to interact with people, develop strong communities and work hand in hand with different departments, have ownership, and autonomy, you might be the candidate we’re looking for!

WITH THESE ACTIVITIES YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT IMPACT ON OUR BUSINESS

  • You will independently manage the end-to-end process of question creation.
  • You will independently search for freelancers on different hiring platforms and negotiate within our price range.
  • You will be responsible for developing strong connections with freelancers for long-term purposes.
  • You will be responsible for managing and developing a strong community of subject matter experts for the question verification process.
  • You will work with founders to assist them in any other work process related to the above.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • You are eager to source, identify, contact, and onboard highly skilled freelancers and create an impact for them, for our clients, and for Skillfill.
  • You know how to communicate effectively (over-communicate when working remotely!).
  • You speak English fluently and love working in an international environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • You are a motivated, self-driven, organized individual, and have the drive to learn new things.
