We are an early-stage HR Tech startup changing the way companies hire tech talent - without relying on a CV. Instead, we have built a skill-based method. There are so many talented people out there, who didn’t take the traditional academic road or changed directions in their career. It’s time to change outdated hiring practices and give everyone the same chance - in the end it is about whether a job fits the candidate based on skills and culture.

We are at an exciting early stage and would like you to join us as the last missing piece on the road to a seed round. As an early employee you will have a major impact on the company's success. We have laid the ground by bringing together an amazing team, leading business angel investors and a first client base - now we need you to help us take the next steps!

WITH THESE ACTIVITIES YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT IMPACT ON OUR BUSINESS

  • You will shape the entire marketing and sales strategy to define and prioritize customer segments, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • You will focus on pre-sales tasks and independently test different sales and marketing channels to generate leads.
  • You will prepare all necessary resources to support sales activities.
  • You will create strong partnerships with staffing agencies and other players in the market to generate new revenue streams.
  • You will work across all departments to make sure your point of view reflects in the product.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

  • You have first experience and deeply understand HR processes (ideally talent acquisition of tech talent).
  • You have prior experience in sales, marketing and/or business development.
  • You have strong empathy and are passionate about helping companies switching from a CV-focused to a skill-based hiring approach.
  • You are an outgoing person who loves to meet new people and create a strong network in the field of HR (Tech).
  • You know how to communicate effectively (over-communicate when working remotely!).
  • You speak English fluently (German very nice to have!) and love working in an international environment.
